- Always be the one who follows, never have your own thoughts.

Pt3:
- Always ignore phone calls.
- Never talk to your neighbors
- Never have eye contact when talking to someone.

Pt4:
- Dont go to barber
- Only buy clothes online
- Laugh at people who are happy

- Your thoughts should revolve around 4chan.
- Always assume you are correct.
- Women are always beneath you.
