RS3 also has probably THE MOST horrid artstyle of any MMO on the market. I would take OS's shitty textures for a thousand years before a minute of RS3's ugly mobile game-tier character design.
The World Guardian questline is also a torrent of cringe MCU writing and it's basically mandatory account progression.
And endgame is mostly focused on bossing, which sucks because Runescape is a horrible game for bossing. Not that OS isn't also guilty of this but it's far more pronounced in 3.
The revamped music also sucks donkey dick, it was clearly composed of people who din't understand whay made people love the OST in the first place.
