If you're asking about an equivalent to Genshin's short female model type, the answer is "eventually." Zhao (picrel) hasn't even been alluded to in game yet and has no model leak but she's prominent in the 2.x overview PV.
Otherwise there's tons of little girl NPCs that might fit your bill, but I doubt anything that blatant will ever be playable.
