Not really, first off, they had to literally rent out troops from North Korea last year to retake Kursk, and even before that, they were Shanghai'ing immigrants from India, Central Africa, Syria, and even China into the Army (pic related). Secondly, Putin simply doesn't give a shit how many people die so long as his aims get fulfilled and the only person who was both able and willing to take a stand against him was Prigozhin.
