Paranoid that my ex will take legal action against me for DMing her through a Reddit account after a month of stopping and her blocking another one of my Reddit accounts. I deleted them soon after but she still might have seen my chat request. I used to text her number but I deleted it because I wanted to stop. She has only told me to stop contacting her once initially. I did for one month, but then I had a bad period where I would try to reach out once every 7-10 days. Then I stumbled across her profile on Reddit and then stopped for another month. I'm started therapy to heal and stop this toxic behavior. Will I probably be ok though if I stop for good now?
