Not really, laws or regulations could be flawed and exploitable but justice by definition is blind and can apply to both the country/state's view on justice or your personal view on justice. If the law says 5 years for rape (there are obviously more factors involved but for the sake of argument lets simplify it as that) and you think "thats too low it should be 10 years" that's your justice. However if you're saying this X guy should be jailed for life because he raped "MY" mom that's not only betraying the justice of the law but YOUR own sense of justice as well
