What's stopping me from locking my squad with myself and using my spawn beacon on myself over and over again? Die, spawn, replace, repeat. If they keep signatures unlocked I'll just get to use whatever I want as well, including sniping from the weird spots they want to reduce. I can't imagine the cancer of having no real frontline / neutral area in a single game of rush or conquest is a fair trade off either, and given it doesn't even fix the problem at all you get the worst of both worlds...
