Krul isn't the strongest vampire, she's all about physical strength, no real magic power. She is supposed to be one of the strongest within her world though, except her author is a gigantic faggot and gives her the short end of the stick every time in every situation, so she doesn't actually ever get to be really strong except for a singular moment in the entire manga.
