By some weird miracle of Necrontyr science magic I, a newfriend starting Necrons, managed to get a copy of Tomb World from a LGS with the usual LGS discount.

Many goals from current event are endlessly repeatable and give 50 shillings for doing every challenge. You can easily drown in shillings during this event

Everything about Darktide is conceptually retarded. They should have abandoned it and made proper, non shit sequel long time ago, instead of wasting time on fixing a shit base that is DT1.

Le Suicide Squad Reject premise which completely doesn't fit the genre in which you have to play as 4 elite characters slaughtering tons of mooks. Which ends up in a nonsensical situation where you don't feel like Reject anyway, but at this same time game insists you are just a random goon with a gun still

Instead of giving you cool weapons and classes 40k is known for, they flooded arsenal with generic ak47 and toothbrushes and shit like this. Iconic gun and sword 40k set is still not in game

They tried to include improved Chaos Wastes style mission randomization of generic side-missions instead of dedicated main story ones. But they made it worse actually than in Chaos Wastes in the end. Maps reuse entire segments which they tried to pass off as immersive when it's anything but it. They ultimately ended up with maps that are neither unique and memorable nor huge in quantity

For no reason at all they decided that explicitly ONE hive city on ONE planet will be entire setting of their game. Despite creating entire varied Moebian Domain in background.

Out of tons of potential cool 40k enemies, in a franchise which is explicitly designed around rule of cool since models have to look cool, they chose the single most boring zombie enemy for a genre already oversaturated with zombie enemies. When VT1 success was in huge part explicitly the fact that you don't fight against generic zombies again, but humanoid rats with bizarre WW1 tech.

I think everyone at Fatshark is simply sick of working on a game which is so inherently flawed and was such a hell to even release. It's just tedium
