We're looking at least a 30 year cycle here, so you'll be likely in your 60s or even 70s until we get this in the West.
However if you want to skip all of that waiting, just travel to Latin America as those guys are going to be on the growth side of things when the West goes through a reset.
I know people like to rag on that region and for a good reason as they have been absolute shitpits for ages, but their economies are going to go through a huge boom period and it's already been slowly happening under the surface for a while now.
80's-2000's is going to repeat outside the West and your best bet for experiencing it around fairly white people is South-America.
