Things I see going for Clive at his peak
>Cannot take fatal damage in Limit Break form (Half-Ifrit)
>Has control over every element
>Gains the power of creation itself, meaning
>Clive has the ability to remake the world as he sees fit (such as theoretically deleting mankind from existence), but uses it to remove magic from the world, a power that is innate
So, technically, Clive has the power to unmake the demonic lineage of Dante and remake him into a regular human
Also, Ultima's physical form is Ifrit, meaning that Ultima used to live as Ifrit with his full powerful might. Since Clive absorbed Ultima's essence and overtook him as the new god, Clive can live as Ifrit for as long as he lives as long as there is still life on the planet (magic absorbs the life force of the planet before it absorbs your own life force).
Dante would need to counter all these options and then work his way finding a win condition
