yes it's easier to play in high elo than in low elo sometimes
back when I started out I had to abuse teemo to get to gold because low elo shitters dont know how to play against ranged top and my normal champ pool was too team dependent, switched back to shen poppy and mundo (at the time) and had higher winrate on them in gold than I had in bronze
