The pros and cons of having shit leverages?
When it comes to exercising, what are the pros and cons to having shit leverages? I am pretty sure I have awful leverages for the "big 3" exercises(deadlift, bench press and squat). I still do them all but what is the silver lining behind it all? I have long arms, short torso, long legs. I am 6 foot and 1 inch tall. Are some exercises just never going to look or feel good? My squat looks terrible in comparison to my friend who is 5 foot 8 inches tall. I also don't feel like I am particularly strong because every exercise feels like shit even though I still do them. The squat in particular feels the most garbage to me. So what are the pros and cons of having shit leverages? Is there any bonus at all?!
