The game plan is a Russian collapse: Lukashenko takes over Moscow, Kim takes Vladivostok, China expands and Mongolia also expands. This is the best case for everyone involved besides the PRC which is just fine because everyone hates them.

Last year the Norks reported a highly unusual availability of potatoes and have been planting them like crazy. They also have expanded, rebuilt and otherwise made potatoes starch processing plants a intrinsic part of the 20x10 project. Apparently some of the greenhouses are for hydroponically mass producing seed potatoes.

This was all after a series of very high level DPRK/Belarus meetings so the idea that Putin doesn't know where a decent chunk of his spuds are is questionable to say the least.
