I Just put the finishing touches on the Leading Technology Composites plate infographic. This might be handy if you're still on the fence about the 19513s.
Basically it's the best, fairly affordable M855A1-able III+ from a reputable manufacturer, unless you want to track down a pair of LTC 23800s. They're older plates made to an FBI specification for M80 / M855A1. Any of the .308-capable SRTs like the LTC 28780 / 28791 are going to be costly unless you get lucky and somebody doesn't know what they're selling (or just needs them *ahem* gone fast).
Also their Level IV lineup is kinda ass. I don't know why people entertain the 23610 over the Protech 9812-R1. Huge multi-hit / shot spacing advantage (5x BZ API vs 1x), 5.4lb 0.75" for the 9812 versus 5.1lb 1" for the 23610. The 9812-R1 is actually cheaper, and they're both 101.04 (no drop test!)
