I'm not sure why people say the cinematography in the Flash is bad unless people unironically just think bad VFX is on the cinematographer. The cinematography in the Flash was fine, good even. The way the camera moved was pretty dynamic and fluid and didn't rely nearly as much on quick close-up shots that a lot of MCU capeshit does and the flying sequence with Adam Warlock in GOTG3 is probably one of the better and more visually engaging ways I've seen flying filmed.
