I mean, fighters might be boring in tabletop but in video games, where 9 out of 10 times you solve your problems through combat, fighters are incredible.

Human or not is just a matter of looks, so whatever. Its not like the other races are super different. Elves are just humans with pointy ears, Drows are humans with grey skin, orcs are green humans with bad teeth, etc
