Just pick up the phone and call someone. Force yourself to do it before you can talk yourself out of it. The words will come. It'll more than likely work out better than you'd think.
I did the exact same thing for 9 months after suddenly breaking things off with my ex and ghosting her. She knew my friends, my house, and my work, so I cut all of that out, too. Offloaded my entire life practically overnight. I didn't have an actual conversation with another human being who wasn't my parents for 9 fucking months. Last night I got an urge to call my ex, got her voicemail, and left a message. She called me back today and we talked for hours. Turns out she hasn't gotten with anyone else the entire time, because she was hoping I'd come back. Similar scenes repeated with two other people I called tonight. Don't think about it, just do it.
