In american culture it's very important to talk fast and confident in order to make an impression that you know what you're talking about. I think it's rooted in salesman culture that's prevalent in the US. But it's very easy to learn to talk like that: you basically need to select a topic that you want to be an "expert" in, look up the most common terms or combinations of terms associated with this topic and keep repeating them in a circle while talking really fast. For example, you want to be an expert of PCs: the most common terms are CPU, GPU, RAM, USB, Megahertz, Gigahertz, Terabytes, voltage, pixels. That's all you need to know about PCs. Now learn to use these words in a sentence like this:
>wow this CPU is super POWERFUL! Very BIG Megahertz number on this one!
>WOW! This GPU is a compute moster! Really makes those pixels move!
That's it, you can now work as a sales VP at IBM or Dell. Just make sure you can say those few terms without having to think about them and talk really fast. Remember: your main goal is not to get into a technical argument with some autist nerd, your goal is to make an impression on an NPC who has 0 understanding of the area of your "specialization".

>Step 1: Have to work harder and more hours in order to afford to keep up with inflating costs which is caused by increasing money supply
>Step 2: As you earn more money to keep up with inflating costs you are also paying more tax on your income, more sales tax, etc
>Step 3: Paying more tax means government revenue is going up which allows the government to take on more debt and increase money supply
>Step 4: back to Step 1
