In american culture it's very important to talk fast and confident in order to make an impression that you know what you're talking about. I think it's rooted in salesman culture that's prevalent in the US. But it's very easy to learn to talk like that: you basically need to select a topic that you want to be an "expert" in, look up the most common terms or combinations of terms associated with this topic and keep repeating them in a circle while talking really fast. For example, you want to be an expert of PCs: the most common terms are CPU, GPU, RAM, USB, Megahertz, Gigahertz, Terabytes, voltage, pixels. That's all you need to know about PCs. Now learn to use these words in a sentence like this:
