Will looking like this get me pussy or should I become a roid tranny freak with nasolabial folds, dry skin, and male pattern baldness?

I want to be somewhere between ottermode and ripped. Basically this guy with more muscle. Will trt + a couple var cycles per year do the trick or should I take something else with my test? I did a cycle of 500mg earlier this year and got jacked but the high e2/water weight was too much and I don't wanna do it again.

I couldn't become ottermode despite training my ass off and eating healthy/bland food so I went on trt. Hopefully I'll look like this in 6 months.
