Bros I can not dial my shit in on cruise. I have dropped my test down to 150mg a week with 100mg primo. I pin twice a week... no matter what, my E2 is always off.

Problem is, I find I feel almost perfect when my E2 is (seemingly) slightly higher, but I get spicy fucking nips and def some gyno going. It's so annoying. Better recovery, yeah. But then again I personally don't notice soreness when I work out regularly so I can't tell for sure. Like, it's there and I feel it, but it's so minimal that I don't care. So I didn't really notice if mk677 improved it.
Mk677 is exactly for that - better recovery with elevated growth hormone levels. Better sleep is just a part of it (and extreme hunger, holy cow. Sometimes I was waking up midnight and my stomach was GROWLING, I felt like I was starving)

Just lower your test if you're getting estrogen sides on trt. Trt is supposed to put you on mid-high normal test levels and should almost never get high e2 sides from an appropriate dosage. If you ever do a cycle just dose it based on e2 sides. Serum estrogen is worthless as a metric, either you're getting high e2 symptoms or not. The number is irrelevant.

If you can tolerate higher e2 without getting gyno or unbearable sides then it's better to just let it be high anyway. Mental sides are almost always just in your head, look for physical symptoms only.

i will give a little tips, learn about fungal acne and ask your derm about it. Fungal and hormonal acne arent the same thing and need different treatment, also accutane make fungal acne worst, it took me 6 month to realise it because i had 0 progress and chatgpt told me it was convinced 95% it was fungal and now i had to find a new derm, accutane make fungal acne worst and a lot of derm just dont care enough and will assume its hormonal acne without any test.
also dont take accutane without supervision, you could make the problem a lot worst . go see a derm, you only got 1 skin so dont ruin it more

I have one spot about the size of a dime on my face where I eternally get acne if I ever go a stretch of poor sleep or forget to wash my face before bed. It’s insanely regular and it’s a tiny spot. its your body, but accutane is a very toxic drug that was used in chemo before, you should rly go see a derm, you might be able to treat it with antibiotic or something even more mild. accutane cause its own sort of problem, i personnaly regret taking it. also, you might not even get real accutane too.

You can get trt and just stockpile it for a cycle. You can also get AIs and HCG and auxiliary shit that is MEDICAL GRADE and cheap. You don’t have to actually do 150 test a week for life or whatever.
