I primarily focused on the first couple factions and then chose the first season pass in a chronological order. Given the cast, he'd probably be a season 3 choice.

I wanted the combatants to be duos at base so they have a faction mate to bounce off of. I wanted element balance, but putting Vivian in base without Hugo would've messed with the balance.
