Hey guys, I asked this in an earlier thread, but only got an AI reply or something, so I'm trying again. I'm the curator of a travel map over on /trv/ (>>>/trv/2787656) where you should color in the subdivisions of the world you've visited. I'm updating the map now and can't figure out if the regions or provinces of the Philippines are the primary administrative divison. Are the regions the actual primary administrative unit that's divided into provinces, like how US states are divided into counties, or are the provinces primary and the regions are just statistical groupings? I appreciate if anyone can clear this up for me.
