Has anyone made a deck around Celes that is fun that doesnt just abuse persist?

Genuinely how do you build her at bracket 3? She infinites with every persist creature + a sac outlet, and has a free wheel/graveyard filler ETB. I was thinking of doing her with a bunch of flicker effects into a mass reanimate, but even that seems too powerful
