my RARBG strategy in order of highest to lowest priority:
1: Get all bluray rips in .265
2: Get bluray rips in .265 for which .265 does not exist
3: Get webrips in .265 for that which does not exist as a bluray rip.
4: Get webrips in .264 for that which does not exist in .265
5: Fill in gaps in media library with other sources such as QXR, on an ad hoc basis.
Simultaneously, self rip at full quality (no transcoding to a lower bitrate) any bluray or UHD media to replace the above. Try to replace all other rips with these un-recompressed bluray/UHD rips, prioritizing culturally relevant, critically acclaimed, and personally interesting content.
