I think people don't rate the OG Xbox as highly as it used to be in the early/mid 2000s. It was seen as 2nd to the PS2, with the latter having the bigger library. A powerful dudebro console that even mature PC games could like.
Its early games consisted of Halo, DoA3, Morrowind, Splinter Cell, KOTOR, PGR, JSRF plus multiplats like pic related.

Tons of the games got ported or are forgotten quite a bit, nowadays. I think people put GC behind the PS2 now.
