The thing is that being muscular has very little to do with the effectiveness of a diet, since it either takes roids or years or hard training to build that much muscle regardless of if you're eating carbs or not.
You could be either on keto or you could be a vegan chugging 6 scoops of protein powder a day and still be jacked. The actual effectiveness of a diet is not about how muscular you are but how easy it is to get lean, burn fat, retain muscle, and adhere long term to the diet without gaining excess fat.
(yes this means keto is superior)
