Advice for quitting jacking off to porn? Other than don't do it, obviously. I have OCD and I have developed a bad porn addiction. My gf was with her mom today and I jacked it for 6 hours. Shitty stuff too, like cheating fantasies etc. Something I have never done and never will. Its just getting worse and worse. I also started faceswapping girls I used to have a crush on from like 15 years ago. (I'm 35) I deleted all the AI programs and most of my porn out of shame. But I feel like I will just relapse without a plan. I checked out that nofap reddit and it was way too gay and "reddit" for me so I'd rather anons help.
