Eldar are a mess. Most are 28mm but you have farseers on 25, warlocks on 32 and phoenix lords at 50. All these models are the same size. They should have the same base size like they did before.
IG you have your basic squads in 25mm but your elites and command squads at 28mm for no reason. Again, these models are the same size, they aren't bigger. They don't need bigger bases.
Space marines have their basic squads at 32mm but seemingly at random you'll have squads at 40mm despite not being in terminator or gravis armour. You'll have all your hq at 40mm despite not being in terminator or gravis armour, except the terminator captian who's in a 50mm for no reason. Then you have a bunch of characters in 60mm bases despite being the exact same size as an intercessor. Double the base size for no fucking reason.
Those are just some examples.
