It's really the macro management of Pheathon that makes you so OP in Lost Void.
When you can plan all of your routes so you end up with 3-5 Gears and their full set of Resoniums, you jut become hyper powerful.
But when you can't plan your routes, every single piece of Resonium suddenly becomes precious, and gears suitable for your Resoniums even more so. It really does spike the difficulty of the game.

They have been gradually altering the Lot Void maps so they become more realistic.
Such as Bangboo shops being under attack from ethereals once in a while when stable places become unstable.
And at higher Ether levels Bangboo shops can only refresh 1 time, representing how difficult it is to restock/reinforce the safespots in the deeper depths of Hollow Zero.
