Sadly this won't make it into the anime. The anime will end at Ajisai's confession and Renako agreeing to date her. The OP will play at a low volume during the confession and the moment Mai goes "Eh!?" the volume increases and starts playing a slideshow of different scenes from the LN featuring all the girls. The OP will then fade a bit with an ending monologue by Renako that ends with "Muri Muri" as she puts her shoes on and heads to school. And it will be absolute peak.
