It least makes me happy that people like Maruzensky nowadays and respect him for how strong he was. Knowing people in the Japanese side of Horse Racing, some older people (I'm 57 years old) and how apparently mad a lot of them were that Maruzensky couldn't race in graded races because he was "technically" a foreigner horse because his mom was imported while she had him in the womb already, it really made a lot of people mad because he was so insanely strong and fast, broke multiple records and still couldn't race in graded races in Japan.
