The design is great, because if you wouldn't know that backstory, she would look like a (sexy) deathly, professional ninja. With her toned body, the scars, the killer-gaze she has in some pictures.
Said ninja, but it also looks somewhat military about her outfit, like an elite soldier. Maybe it's just the green.
Overall, the character is attractive and also looks like she means business. But then you read up on her and it's all about a summer vacation.
