Rhapsody received a nerf some patches ago, if the Zeta doesn't use any of her follow-ups during the stance, she enters a state of massive recovery frames. Have you ever seen that? It looks like she moves in slow motion, going back to neutral. It's extra painful if you use it against some moves with long active frames.
Unless, again, she actually hit you with any of her follow-ups. Or cancelled with the M-follow-up. Which has 20 frames of recovery. Maybe not enough to punish from certain distances, but you should get your turn back.
