the easy fix to 66L is to make it only plus if they actually take a couple steps first
microdash 66L can be basically the same normal just 0 on block, still a pretty fast very safe forward moving poke you can use to RPS around other plus frames with, just not a free pressure reset off any gap
Then if they dash for ~30 frames before doing it it gets a special little particle effect or something and goes back to being plus, maybe even +4 like c.L since if you get to run at someone for 30 frames you could have probably just run up c.L anyway

One of, if not the most technical demanding character. For that, you get a ton of midscreen potential and the ability to freely combo with varying routes. Great meter-management, and there are always new combos to discover and to optimize.
Set-up reliant, lacking in the defense, and just meh normals. You have to get used to having barely any plus frames and high amount of recovery.
At some point, you will feel like you are putting in double the effort for just similar results.

If you look at it as a purely defensive tool, then it's one of the weakest, together with Lowains parry. There are more answers to this move than to your usual parry in this game, and it requires a reaction/knowledge check from the Zeta. And don't forget the nerf it received as well (no other parry was nerfed this way).
Together with her surprisingly sluggish M-buttons, she does indeed have pretty weak defenses.

Fairs, can't please everyone. I would say Rising is the smoothest arcsys has put out with their new style, looking to be taken by Tokon. I'd say it's the over reliance on keyframes that's the issue, where it looks like they have to animate interpolation rather than animating it to be smooth in the first place.

So what exactly am i supposed to do when i already have the other guy in the corner? just press shit randomly until i counter hit the other guy?
Same with like blockstrings, i feel like there is not much to do other than maybe a throw in between attacks but those are easy to react to.
