Joe Rogan's 15 mins (years) of fame is coming to an end. Here's my 2c
Its getting to be pretty hacky to state the obvious and say he isnt and never was funny but the more interesting part is to investigate why he is so singularly unfunny that it makes his claims of being a comedian so jarring and hilarious:
1. He goes to the gym and is build well (though a manlet, more on that later). There is nothing funny about having muscles. A good comedian should be at absolute most normal looking, but generally fat and pathetically skinny like Larry David is better for a comic as they are not supposed to be successful or imposing.
2. He can fight and loves talking about MMA. There is nothing funny about a comedian that can fight it is the antithesis of humour if the person that is trying ro make you laugh could choke you unconscious.
3. Both of the above are him compensating for his short stature which is a bit of an elephant in the room for a lot of people, especially since he never leans into to manletism.
In summation: comedians shouldn't be well-built, or be gym freaks, or be able to fight. None of that is funny or ever will be funny.

He and his podcast fell off hard in/after 2020, and with everything going on with trump's second term (who Joe helped get elected), people smell blood in the water. Everybody has also come to the conclusion that Rogan isn't a comedian, and everytime he calls himself one, the noticing increases
