It doesn't matter jack shit if, one, you haven't cleared the story, two, there are more Servants you wanna roll for like the Summer ones, and/or three, there's a good chance you might have rank luck E and hit pity for that anniversary.
So, the risk is ultimately not worth it unless you already have 4600 SQ (plus the free 1K) on hand to be sure.
