Shinoba meant it only for Pripara, but I like to believe it's relatively similar for other of them. It aligns pretty much with how Tomoki explained Tsumugi state in Aipriverse after she 'died' too.
It's a good reminder that Shin and Louis (which implies Shine) shares the same birthday (February 29), which is also the same as Amari and Mario. There're good mind exercises you can do to make it funnier.
