I tend to like Asymmetric just because it is more comfy for my left hand, and I can claw grip the right side if I need a finger on a face button and a thumb on the stick still.
The WiiU controller was the most comfy, but you couldn't claw grip to control the right stick and face buttons at once.

PC gamers probably contributed to the sales. The switch 2 pro is a good contenders for best controller of all time up there with the dualshock 4,5 and wii u pro. It fixes the switch 1 pros Dpad issues and the sticks are the smoothed I've ever felt.
