women have made intellectual jobs into positions for women, where 3 women do what was once a single person's set of tasks, but they don't hire teens for those jobs at all, let alone male ones. anything else is taken by adult brown men. by the time a white guy can even start a first job he's almost a decade behind where he should be career wise and income wise.
