Eram is an optional sidequest, you can get the fortune without ever doing it, which means it's not an applicable encounter.

Unless you subscribe to the cope that this is the one singular fortune that doesn't apply to chapter 3, there is nobody it can apply to except for the knight, which is literally a "gotcha" mandatory loss fight where you get the shit beaten out of you after you think you're done and have let your guard down.
