I am so fucking sick of bow players in SOS hunts, holy shit. They cart the most by fucking far and their DPS is ass. Every time I see a bow player I groan because I know the hunt is gonna be slow shit and possibly fail altogether. If I see two bow players I immediately quit. Death to all bow players, just remove that trash from the fucking game or let me filter weapon types out of hunts.

So something about Wilds bugs me, no not the usual shit. It's the starter gear. It looks good don't get me wrong, that isn't my issue. My issue is that the narrative presents us as an already accomplished elite hunter, but why is an already accomplished elite hunter rolling up into a new adventure wearing basic shit like that? I don't expect them to give us good monster-made gear from the very start or anything, but shouldn't an already accomplished hunter be wearing shit that's visibly, you know, made from monsters? Look at it this way, you're a hunter right? A good one, got a big name for yourself, enough to be named a lead on an expedition into unknown territory. Presumably, you already have equipment from your previous hunts, why are you dumpstering that for the hope gear? I dunno it's just weird narratively. They should have had us start with visible monster-made equipment that's still worse than early game crafted stuff instead, just for the sake of looking the part. Shit at least Olivia, our Astrum counterpart was given the fancy ass high tier hunter set. Why were we tossed in wearing garbage? She doesn't outrank us, it's silly. We should have looked apart from the average rank-and-file too and we just didn't.

So I fucking love the switch axe, but I'm looking to broaden my horizons and pick a cool secondary. My set makes good use of Maximum Might, so what other weapon types aren't stamina chuggers and love that shit? To my knowledge bow, DB, and IG chug stamina like crazy so I'm assuming those are out. What are my options?
