The cheaper REIs were just too big for my little dual sport-sized setup. The Kelty is shockingly compact when packed, only 16" long and not super wide.

I actually own an MSR (Whisperlite International I think) but haven't been able to find it since moving, and I didn't want to deal with a fuel bottle on a bike anyway. This one's a Soto, came with the pot set and seems shockingly nice for the $50 it cost, as expected from something made in Japan I guess.

Posted in the wrong thread last time so I guess I'll do it here. Finally got myself a saddlebag setup for the KLX, since GL was having a good sale. Might get a cheap Tusk cargo rack or something as well, I don't like how far forward the bag sits without it and the fender clips feel kinda weak to me but it's workable for now. Just gotta pick up some camping gear to put in it (got a bag but no tent/pad/stove, hoping I can find used deals) and then I can start posting some motocamping content.
