I think Rouxls is too stupid. people like characters that are in on the meta shit. he's kind of in the papyrus zone where for sure he has something to do with it, but he doesn't know it himself
All the chapter 1 era fanshit insisting all DT characters had UT paralells and Rouxls was the paralell to Mettaton pissed me off though. Mettaton's practically Oppenheimer compared to Rouxls.
