What makes someone AFK in the lane, mid game and entire game only to feed to enemy team every chance they get?

Had this fucking asshole in my game. Was AFK the entire match except random movement. What the fuck has happened to the playerbase when this kind of shit flies? I'm trying to play goatfaggot but get pushed into lobbies with actual griefers.
