If you break it down, if you were to technically trigger restorative shot as much as possible vs an enemy hero, that equates to +8.3 regen but even if you were to just use it vs NPCs, that's +2.5 regen, almost as much as extra regen itself. There's mystic slow that slows enemies hit buy spirit. Then there's lightning scroll that stuns enemies hit by ult. Would make swaps really lethal as they'd get displaced then stunned.

While specialising is very strong this patch there's nothing wrong with a hybrid build.

With dynamo you can build him ult (most powerful) getting stuff like larger range, refresher for a second ult. You can build him stomp, getting tank buster and extra spirit. Just follow your gut. Sometimes building is reacting to your enemy

Nope. This is a special scenario for mina only. Every bullet she shoots deals spirit damage, yet it doesn't proc spirit damage stuff.
Compare this to other characters who have ways to add spirit damage to their bullets (i.e. wraith or vindicta) THOSE bullets WILL proc spirit stuff.

You might say it's a conscious design decision but the fact it's not explained ANYWHERE and might be the ONLY example where spirit damage doesn't do what you'd expect is retarded and needs to be defined in the ability description. Also this still makes her m1 weaker than infernus because there are so many good items that stack well with DoTs. Technically you can run items that combo with DoT on Mina but you'd need to already have toxic bullets first.
