We talk about successful mangakas, KNYfag. Who counts as successful here? Someone who
>Drew at least two successful manga
>The two manga must not be linked to each other
Because it makes things easy and many authors who fail after their first hit go this route
>Exception
JoJo. Why? Because I love JoJo and Araki.

How many successful authors do you think are hack? What makes a mangaka talented?

Besides sales, if at least two of their series got an anime adaptation that's good enough to prove their success.

Examples of successful mangaka who don't fit here:
>Oda
Will not draw anything after One Piece
>Kishimoto
Naruto was a success and Samurai 8 a flop. Now he is helping with the sequel Boruto.
>Kubo
Bleach will be the only successful entry in his entire career.
>Gotouge
Will not draw anything after KNY. A manufactured success engineered by Sony Music Japan.
>Isayama
Will not draw anything after SNK. Only became popular because he rode off the zombie apocalypse fad.
>Gege
Will not draw anything after JJK. Will milk out JJK for years to come, though.

With those out of the system, let's start with some easy ones:
>Akira Toriyama (Dr. Slump, Dragon Ball)
>Yoshihiro Togashi (YYH, HxH, Level E)
>Takehiko Inoue (Slam Dunk, Vagabond, Real)
>Rumiko Takahashi (Maison Ikkoku, Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha, Urusei Yatsura and many more)
>Ken Akamatsu (Love Hina, Negima)
>Hiro Mashima (Rave Master, Fairy Tail, Edens Zero)

The last one is a strange case because I think his first work was his best and he is now coasting because of fanservice and decent art. I am not fond of him, but he is successful
