Hey Professor Ratigan, my favorite game has Chrono Trigger ever since it came out. I ended up getting my copy because I was friends with some neighbor kids who didn't have an SNES but they pooled their money together and bought it anyway and then would rent an SNES for a weekend and play it 24/7 until they beat it, after which they sold it to me. I still have that cartridge, it has their name written on it in sharpie, still makes me smile.
Anyway I must've beaten the SNES and DS versions at least 20 times over decades since release, it is timeless to me. The characters, the music, the world, it all imprinted on me in a way that makes me always want to go back to it.
Thanks for reading my blog ratman
