When I took a Use of Force class in college the instructor paired us up and some of the guys got paired with girls because the numbers didn't work out evenly. One guy ended up sparta-kicking a girl 6 feet backwards into a wall and she collapsed. Luckily I got paired with another dude and we just took turns flipping each other and practising nerve strikes. Would've felt weird beating on a woman who didn't deserve it.
