I like the TV version but I think the first OVA and the movies are the best. Some of the TV episodes are so funny though, so really I just love it all.

I watched it about 20 years ago and hated it. Should probably give it a second shot.

Patlabor 2's still Oshii's best film though and I won't hear a word against it.
